She summoned a pair of gloves for herself, first, and went rifling through some dressers and closets.

She found a couple articles of unused clothing, as well as some random little personal artifacts here and there with a thin layer of dust. 

"Oh! There," Bat cried, grabbing a heavy-duty black shiny belt.

There was also some rocks in there in case he wanted to not be underwater.

She made her gloves extra extra thick and reached for it with shaky hands.

It was supposed to sleep like this, so it was fine for now. Perhaps when it woke up it would use those to help get her attention again.

Symbol reappeared cross-legged three feet above the ocean. Nemesis was floating on his back nearby, seeming frustrated by the fact that he couldn't even see the land. 

"Hello," she said, making him jump. He sputtered and resurfaced, treading water. 

Symbol smiled. "I have something for you. From a friend." 

He tilted his head inquisitively, then untilted it so he wouldn't fall back under again. "What is it?"

He hesitated, then handed it to her. The sturdy fabric had tiny beads every inch or so that didn’t seem to be decorative. The buckle was matte.

Symbol pulled out what looked like basic plastic lab goggles. “Here you go.” 

He frowned at them. “Uh……. Thanks.” They plopped in the water next to him, so he grabbed them. “So, uh, what do they do exactly? —Do they do anything? Not to be ungrateful…”

”I don’t know. They’re from a friend.” Symbol shrugged and poofed, little crystalline flakes falling to the surface of the water. 

Nemesis figured it really couldn’t get any worse, so he pulled the goggles on even though they were wet. 

And everything changed. 

He stared for at least a minute. Then he grinned. 

“Time to go pearl diving.”

The beads of Nullite were too small for her to feel their effect, thank goodness, but she still couldn't help but feel like the belt was burning straight through her gloves.

She quickly put the belt on with shaking hands.

Th-there. That wasn't so bad . . . she said somewhat triumphantly, looking pale.

"It is the only way to save my friends. I can also temporarily block myself from Withergeist manipulation long enough to take what I need from it, and then give it up. Corrupters have the ability to block parts of their mind. It will work, just... It will be hard. And, It would be perferable to have the Witherlord. Also, I have a plan for the Luxsprite. By the way, how will we get an Enuller?" Muin says. He has a strange look on his face. A look as if everything is slowly falling into place.

I think until told otherwise we can assume that Nullite doesn’t radiate its effect. Which I’m sure you were tracking— I’m just gonna establish that. I’m also gonna say that unless corrected we can say that wearing Nullite wouldn’t actually help against Narration unless it was technologically powered. The handcuffs Rose-Ruia put on them, for example. But the necklace on Bat’s bunny (side note— what if he collected animal pins like the bunny and Feather :3) wouldn’t actually do anything. Narrators, though, might not know that, so wearing Nullite might give protection in that kind of way, just like a mental block for Narrators. Anyway. That’s me thinking with my fingers.

Well what we'd decided on a while ago was that it did radiate the Nullification, at least a little bit, which is why Bat and Rose and their people can have tattoos that don't cover their entire bodies. That's what I wrote that in mind with. Touch Nullite does Nullify Narration, I believe . . . there was a whole bit with it with Nameless and Xino I think? I think the necklace would work, honestly. It worked before

Nah, you’re good. I forgot about that honestly  

maybe like to a small extent, but wearing it wouldn’t be enough to stop Tam from being able to Narrate? She might not be able to Narrate immediately around it. Like, wearing a necklace, she couldn’t Narrate another one. Something like that could work.
