Irie looked around. It was definitely nice . . . even if there were no windows. Pity.

They walked down cozy wooden hallways until they reached a door.

“There aren’t any windows,” he said, pushing it open. “Sorry about that.”

The room they looked into was spacious, with couches and chairs and several coffee tables. A kitchen adjoined it, and two hallways ran off to the sides.

He shrugged. Didn’t matter to him

He fell down a hole, falling farther than was safe. The walls of the tunnel crumbled away, turning to dirt and then to nothingness, a dark fog that caused a slight tingling on his skin.

He slowed before slamming into the ground, unharmed. A roar sounded from behind him.

asher speaks up, “pyk i need you to distract her while i make a powerful enough charge to blast her to hell itself.”

Pyk nodded, contemplating. “I think… I think I have a way to slightly reverse the effect of her cancellation - I’ll still be useless at an offense, but at least I won’t just be at her mercy.”

He grimaced, then consulted his AI, then nodded. “Okay. It should be enacted.”

He put on his armor, then looked to Asher. “I’m ready.”

She smiled at Five and waved at Aden (if he's there).

She ignored Starlight. @Dabi

Aden was not there yet.

Twelve left, saying something about getting him.

"Alright. Thank you . . ."

She sat down on one of the chairs and waited.

He came back soon.

Aden smiled at her, relieved to see she was okay, and sat down on a couch nearby.

“Careful. He’s got a concussion,” Twelve warned.

Heh I'm replying to this then I have to go again for softball practice.

she teleports them back and steps to the side. She harnesses her powers, horns appear jn the place of the halo and she covers off the ground. She holds her hands a few inches apart and a small lava red ball forms. The air swirls hot. Her eyes glow red.

“I coulda told her.”

”You didn’t.”

Aden shrugged. “How are you doing, Irie? You look… alive, which is good.”

"I'm . . . fine, I guess. How's your head?"

“Good. Unless I walk too fast.”

“Don’t read my brain,” he snapped.

She turned to look at the others.

Symbol resummoned her monocle, which flashed wirh light. The statue slowly returned to its previous position, then glimmered back into Lady Bug. She no longer looked furious, but definitely angry.

“Why are you even doing this? Out of the goodness of your heart?” She spat.

Symbol shrugged. “You did create me. Would that be so hard to believe?”

”Hah! We both know there is no goodness in you. As you said, I created you.”

“People change,” was all Symbol said to that.

Lady Bug narrowed her eyes at her. “No. It’s not that. I can feel it, you know. It’s there. Why can’t I see it?”

”You’ve been so paranoid latel—“

”Shut up. I’m trying to think.”

“That is a request I cannot comply with.” Rebus considered elaborating with the fact that he couldn’t see if he didn’t read the posts, but didn’t.
The three other reflections were clearly upset. “You idiot! You don’t want that mirror!” “I knew you’d abandon me…” “Rose, pick this mirror right now.”
Rebus watched. “Good actions can come from those with no goodness within them.” Then shivers would have gone up his spine if they could have. “I can feel something. It may not be the same thing, but I feel it.”

It was rhetorical- but did you ever do the f(x) thing? :P

She nodded reluctantly.

I don’t know - if I have done it I’ve forgotten, unless you’re referring to functions in general.
Rebus smiled broadly. “Alright - enjoy your day, enjoy doing some good in the world, and enjoy the time you get before I decide you’re too much of a threat and up my game. You can keep trying for now, though - I could use something to do.”

Gosh, now what?

Starlight sat, trying to let Irie be. He didn’t wanna make things worse. Not like he could say anything anyways

If you keep saying "why" to someone and they tell you to stop, start saying f(x) instead :P

. . . Great . . . thanks.

Eepy didn’t want to let go, though…

"You'll be fine, Eepy. I should be fine. Stay with Bead, and I'll be right back, OK?"

She ignored the note and laid her head back on the chair.
