Nameless was glowing with purplish energy. a burning feeling covered him.

He examined this flame. Something felt a little... off about it.

A voice whispered to Nameless, "The Nameless one will find his doom. Whether he take it or not, who can say but Fate itself..."

[NameIess]

Nameless shook his head in annoyance. "Stupid voice, be quiet. I know what the prophecy says, and I know who can say whether I'll take my doom. No need to bring it up."

The voice was offended.

A small hamster like man walked forward and said in a squeaky voice, "a giant has entered our realm!"

[NameIess]

Nameless shrunk himself down to the size of the hamster. "What was that? A giant? Where?"

The hamster like man gave Nameless a knowing look, "ah... a narrator."

[NameIess]

"Well of course I'm a Narrator. I'm glowing with purple energy and talking to myself."

[Thaidakar the Ghostblood he/him]

"We don't get many of your kind here."

Sequence yawned and walked out of the front door of her house nearby, which had been here for about... 200 pages.

[NameIess]

Nameless waved. "Hey Sequence, how's the prophecy going for you?"

Sequence blinked at him. "... What prophecy? I've been living peacefully in this place for quite a while. Did something bad happen?"

[NameIess]

"Oh. So you don't know anything about it? Well, that'll change soon." Nameless summoned a blank scroll and handed it to Sequence. "It's just a big prophecy that gives the fates of a whole bunch of basically everyone in TLT."

Sequence read through it quickly. She yawned. "Sounds boring."

[NameIess]

"Yeah, that's my shopping list, sorry." Nameless took the scroll back, then handed Sequence a piece of paper with some unintelligible scribbles. "I don't actually have the whole thing."

[Thaidakar the Ghostblood he/him]

The hamster man walked up to Sequence and said squeakily, "have a toffee."

Sequence knelt down, smiled, pat the hamster on the head, Narrated a little top hat on it, and took the toffee. "So," Sequence said, standing up. "Prophesy." She looked at the scribbles. "Even more boring."

[NameIess]

"Yeah, well, just made some random scribbles. If you want to figure out the actual prophecy, you can probably manage it, at least so far as it relates to you."

[Thaidakar the Ghostblood he/him]

The small hamster like person said, "well, I think it is time I tell you where you are, Nameless. This the realm of living shadows. I don't know how Sequence's house got here, but that doesn't matter because..." The hamster started to grow taller and intimidating. Extremely taller. "This is where shadows are living." It turned into pure darkness and spikes started bursting out of the ground at Nameless' chest.

[NameIess]

Nameless grinned, casually growing back to his full height. "I have faced true darkness and lived to tell the tale. Why should I fear you?"
