But there is still so much about the cosmere that is not known, so large portions of the set of laws are still just theory. For instance, I am developing a theory as to what happens if you spike someone with a lerasium spike, or use a lerasium metalmind, but due to the lack of information regarding Lerasium, it is still just theory 2
