[OB] Crackpot theory about Roshar

This is more of a silly thought exercise to see if anyone can come up with some ideas how it would be possible.

Here it is:

 

Roshar has a giant gemheart instead of a core.

Perhaps the "sleeping" sibling spren is contained inside and that is why he/she/it is said to be sleeping.

Seeing as there are indeed mine-able gems, it seems plausible that the planet itself has a giant Gemheart.

I doubt it for two seperate reasons:

1. Roshar has no plate tectonics.

2. Brandon has already done something similar in Elantris.

1. No plate tectonics? That's weird. It seems like the sort of thing that would have significant implications. Quick, someone cast "Summon Geologist"

2. I see that as an argument for it. He's introduced the concept of geography affecting magical constructs. That means the idea is available to create a different problem.
