Wow, these quotes are huge to process.  Based on process of elimination Ash would probably be a Dustbringer and Eshonai a Willshaper?

That's the most commonly accepted idea for both, yes.

Not sure about Eshonai as a surgebinder...

Quote

“The spren betrayed us, it’s often felt.
Our minds are too close to their realm
That gives us our forms, but more is then
Demanded by the smartest spren,
We can’t provide what the humans lend,
Though broth are we, their meat is men.
—From the Listener Song of Spren, 9th stanza”

Every time Brandon has been asked about Parshendi Radiants, his answer has been along the lines of "not historically," "people in world would tell you it's impossible." always along the lines of it hasn't happened before, but...

Add in that the comet spren that followed her around was "very important to an order" and that she's a main book PoV, when every order is supposed to get a focus book, which has, so far, correlated to the flashback character...

I'm sure that Eshonai is our Willshaper. Obviously I could be wrong. But read the descriptions of Willshapers from the in world Words of Radiance, and then go read Eshonai's Prologue. Every adjective used to describe the commonalities of this remarkably diverse order is used to describe Eshonai. I don't think that's coincidence.

You could read this part of The Diagram as Mr. T foreseeing a Parshendi becoming a Radiant and orchestrating a lot of events to try to prevent it.  No idea why though.

Quote

"There has to be an answer. What is the answer? Stop. The Parshendi. One of them. Yes they are the missing piece. Push for the Alethi to destroy them outright before this one obtains their power. It will form a bridge."

@Calderis beat me to it. I was going to say that Brandon was almost TOO deliberate when writing Eshonais prologue chapter that syncs perfectly with the descriptions of Willshapers.

Eshonai is a Willshaper. It is a bit like R+L=J in ASoIaF. Everyone knows about it, but we haven´t yet seen it on page. I wouldn´t be surprised if Eshonai becomes a Radiant in this book.

I am less sure about Ash though. She can be a Flashback POV without being a Dustbringer, I think. I would currently put Elhokar, Moash or Amaram as possible main Dustbringers. I feel like the Ash idea is based mostly on the fact that she is the odd one when it comes to KR-orders among the flashback characters, and that just isn´t evidence enough for me.

Don't forget about the 10th stanza of the Parshendi's Song of Spren:

Quote

"But it is not impossible to blend / Their Surges to ours in the end. / It has been promised and it can come. / Or do we understand the sum? / We questioned not if they can have us then, / But if we dare to have them again."

@ScavellTane I don't necessarily think that the Divine Attributes are enough to rule out someone as potential KR. The Radiants we have seen so far have definitely had to work towards embodying the Attributes; they didn't start out that way.

Eshonai is already resolute. Once she decides on a course of action, she follows through. All she needs to do is progress to develop a Builder mentality as well.

I don't think Eshonai is going to be a Willshaper considering their divine essence is Resolute and Builder.

My understanding is that the Divine Attributes were related to the Heralds, and the KR orders just tried to live according to their patron's attributes. Doesn't mean it was baked into the requirement for the Nahel bond.

Additionally, with Eshonai stated as a PoV for either book 4 or 5 and all the hints that there will be a surgebinding listener, the theory is that Eshonai will be a Knight Radiant. Among the orders, the Willshapers seem to be the most likely because their general "love of adventure, novelty, or oddity" fits the best with what we know of Eshonai's personality.

It is a good point, but I don't think it stops Eshonai from becoming a Willshaper. Shallan isn't exactly the most honest person around, and Dalinar is not a shining example in either one of his two divine attributes.
