Then I'm afraid it will either have to be toned down considerably or done away with, as new players aren't permitted to have High Epics as their first characters. Also, what is hos personality like? What are his goals? How does the corruption affect him?

How does the corruption affect him? ok ill remove that. his healing ability is only strong enough to stop a single bullet(two will kill him). his goals are... well lets say he is ambitious and recless enough to take on prof if he had the chance(he would die fast, though). Kind of sarcastic. he like assassinating people.

Kind of sarcastic. he like assassinating people. Unless being struck by two bullets specifically is his weakness, that's not how bullets work. One bullet to the right target (head or heart, or perhaps the femoral artery) could be fatal; other gunshot wounds could be survivable or ultimately fatal depending on the type of care received immediately following. Those goals could make him a good fit for Salem, but he needs some factor to mitigate the recklessness or else he might not last long against more powerful characters.
