What have the Heralds been up to?

So of the original 10 radiants, we know that one was condemned to torture (Talenel'Elin) and the other nine walked free. Of those nine, we know that one of them continued to roam the world enforcing various laws and maintaining a following (Nalan'Elin).

So what happened to the other 8? Did they maintain their powers or just the ability to suck in stormlight? Are they just wandering around somewhere? What do we think/speculate they've been doing for the last several thousand(?) years?

And Jezrien/Jezerezeh/Yaezir does not stop sullying. Poor guy.
At least one of the other two male Heralds (presumably Kalak/Kelek) has problems with Szeth wielding an honorblade.I agree to around 95% with this attitude.

Welcome!

Technically, I think you are referring to the Heralds and not the Radiants.  I recommend you change the title of the thread to reflect that, as others may be similarly confused before entering the thread.

It is widely surmised that Kelek is the person who appears with Nalan in the beginning of WoR and tWoK.

The "drunk" who asks Szeth "Have you seen me?" at the beginning of tWoK is variously thought to be either Ishar or Jezrien.

There are many Theoryes about the Heralds (not Radiants) current status (and their possible appearances in the first two Stormlight books).

Something are:
Taln: Tortured from thousands of years
Nal: Judgment on proto-radiant (and probably other criminals) over Roshar
Ash: Thief job and destroying art.
Jezrien: The Drunk man from the WoK's Prologue (not confirmed)
Ishi: The "God of Vegetable's City" from the Collector's POV (not confirmed).
Kelek: The guy with Nal at the Gavilar's Assasination, he dislike that Szeth had the Jezrien's Honorblade (not confirmed but most likely).

Now I don't remember the theorys about the other Heralds.

I feel like there was a WoB that said we've seen all the Heralds even though we didn't recognize them, but I'm on mobile and don't feel like trying to find it at the moment. We've definitely seen several as mentioned, and it's commonly theorized that the breaking of the Oathpact, or the centuries/millennia since, or something else, has all but driven them mad, or at least some of them.

The point of Palah in the Palaneum is even weaker than on Jezrien and Ishar: it was a woman with a sphere-lantern that walked in front of Shallan. It is possible, but really, this is not much of evidence.
