TwiLyghtSansSparkles she/her Posted October 29, 2015 Author Posted October 29, 2015 Mr. Mistborn, ask and ye shall receive. There is now a Morpheus Pony. Code: 3T48007100B8AD53FFC49D00600810083UN1837000020000715F2B006638000S107F3FCC004CB2 I like the Matrix vibe I'm getting.
Edgedancer he/him Posted October 29, 2015 Posted October 29, 2015 I like the Matrix vibe I'm getting. And thus Salem became the true Matrix. So by the way, what is your opinion about Voidus' most recent proposals?
TwiLyghtSansSparkles she/her Posted October 29, 2015 Author Posted October 29, 2015 And thus Salem became the true Matrix. So by the way, what is your opinion about Voidus' most recent proposals? About a possible Australia game? I'd be open to it, though I think aside from mentions or character migration between games, I think we'd best keep it separate from the Oregon one.
Jo and the Bush all/any Posted October 29, 2015 Posted October 29, 2015 And Jo ponies the day! Hip hip horray! Actually did we ever fully decide who Corpsemaker would send once he finds out about Neverthere? Timeport, I'd guess. We talked about it, but it was never fully decided. If Timeport want to do it, I'll assign him to do it. Which means I need to get a Corpsemaker post up, then there needs to be a Neverthere spying post, then a Streetwise finding her post, followed by. . . This is going to take a while.

About that, didn't Blackhoof already immigrate some australian Epics over? We talked about it, but it was never fully decided. If Timeport want to do it, I'll assign him to do it. And Khione.......and Khiobliteration......
TwiLyghtSansSparkles she/her Posted October 29, 2015 Author Posted October 29, 2015 About that, didn't Blackhoof already immigrate some australian Epics over? His Astoria characters are Australian, which I believe was established from their introduction (or close to it). That's what I'd consider within the bounds of keeping the two games separate. What I'd consider out of bounds would be introducing an Epic crime boss in Sydney who has been secretly manipulating American Epics to head into Oregon with the goal of its eventual destruction, or an Oregon Epic who planted Iconoclast in Corvallis so he could start a zombie apocalypse and send his creatures back to Australia as the worst slave labor ever. If a character from Australia goes to Oregon, I'd rather they become solely an Oregon character, and vice versa. Alaska..... What ever happened to Alaska..... And Khione.......and Khiobliteration...... I actually had an idea for either a sequel game set in Alaska, or a fanfic if there isn't enough interest. I suppose you could call the Alaska game- Looking for alaska... I see what you did there.
Blaze1616 he/him Posted October 29, 2015 Posted October 29, 2015 Sorry Winter, I didn't realize that Chase had left the van with Blossom and the vanilla helper for Rainmaker. That's what I was waiting on. No matter, this means I can get my post up tomorrow or Monday, hopefully. 1

It's probably be Timeport. You can just assign him, and he might enjoy it--especially since it would mean he could see her in the flesh.

The end.

And thus started the epic battle between Timeport and Nighthound over who gets to keep Neverthere. SUNDAY SUNDAY SUN.... okay so we probably won't get it done until sunday.
Mailliw73 he/him Posted October 29, 2015 Posted October 29, 2015 Electro wouldn't mind having something to do, if Corpsemaker has nothing else for him.
Jo and the Bush all/any Posted October 29, 2015 Posted October 29, 2015 Are you trying to give the Trifecta another mission?
Mailliw73 he/him Posted October 29, 2015 Posted October 29, 2015 ...no? In seriousness, I'm not sure they ever need a mission. At least not one with any free time.
TwiLyghtSansSparkles she/her Posted October 29, 2015 Author Posted October 29, 2015 (edited) ...no? In seriousness, I'm not sure they ever need a mission. At least not one with any free time. Even a simple mission like "Go to the nearest grocery store, buy a single tub of rocky road ice cream, and return when you've bought it" would end with dead bodies and traumatized women. Kobold King he/him Posted October 29, 2015 Posted October 29, 2015 Even a simple mission like "Go to the nearest grocery store, buy a single tub of rocky road ice cream, and return when you've bought it" would end with dead bodies and traumatized women. "They bought generic brand rocky road," the woman behind the register whimpered. "They bought the generic brand. The horror. The horror..." 3
mail-mi he/him Posted October 29, 2015 Posted October 29, 2015 Are you trying to give the Trifecta another mission? I guess that depends on if Corpsey likes the trifecta being together or not.
Blackhoof Posted October 29, 2015 Posted October 29, 2015 About that, didn't Blackhoof already immigrate some australian Epics over? We better get started on it then. yeah but they will be there until Astoria gets wrecked, so... for a while

It's very Matrix, as said before, an I had sort of pictured Morph like that so yay! 1
MrMistborn he/him Posted October 29, 2015 Posted October 29, 2015 If RL is real life, that's ok, and if anything is happening we're all here to help you through
TwiLyghtSansSparkles she/her Posted October 29, 2015 Author Posted October 29, 2015 Not that big, I just tried to buy a game and then it probably won't even work for my computer. That sucks. Which game?
Voidus Posted October 30, 2015 Posted October 30, 2015 Are you trying to give the Trifecta another mission? Keep in mind that this mission involves landmines and hidden explosives so there is a very good chance that Timeport will get blown up. Skyrim. Does anyone know how I could get it on my mac without resorting to illegalness? EDIT: Or downloading something else? Sorry Winter, it's a great game and I wish I could help, other than waiting for it to go on a sale or something I don't know what to recommend. It is four years old at this point though so most systems should be able to run it, although macs can be pretty tricky in terms of what they run. Hope it works out for you.
Blackhoof Posted October 30, 2015 Posted October 30, 2015 One thing that we haven't seen much of in this RP have been human soldiers, gangsters or conscripts fighting on behalf or with their Epic masters. Steelheart mentioned Steelheart using battle tanks against another Epic, which implies that that Epic had a military of sorts of its own for those tanks to fight. It stands to reason for me that many Epics would conscript vanillas into gangs or what-not and send them against the conscripted gangs of OTHER Epics. I dunno, its just something we haven't seen much is all.

We've seen both Lightwards and Nighthound conscript random bystanders into their fights, but somehow I don't think that's what you had in mind.

Well Twi's approved of WHIA and I agree with her on keeping in separate from Oregon, the Australians already sent to Astoria shouldn't be a problem since IIRC they were based in central Australia and basically no one lives there so there wouldn't have been much interaction anyway. So unless there are any objections from anyone I guess those interested in participating should start talking about plans, eg. what the time ratio will be, whose ruling where, etc.
