mail-mi he/him Posted September 18, 2015 Posted September 18, 2015 Oh, gosh. If Timeport had a not limited range... Well, everyone in every time period is dead. Literally. There's a reason that even Upgraded!Timeport is so limited.
Mashadar Mistborn he/him Posted September 19, 2015 Posted September 19, 2015 After being told that I could watch any television show I wanted while my parents had a romantic dinner, I looked through the episodes of NOVA that I had recorded. The top one was called Creatures of Light, which the WHIO part of my brain read as Warriors of Light, leading me to wonder why there was a documentary on Lightwards. Maybe I am on here just a little too often. 1

Mashadar Mistborn he/him Posted September 19, 2015 Posted September 19, 2015 Thomas Cardinal was a deeply delusional man. Calamity did not help matters. Calamity, you are a jerk. I probably shouldn't write narration for NOVA. I know not what you speak of. The George R. R. Martin of Zombie Caribou Stories and Shipping would make a great narrator. Though I was imagining something about his descent into madness, with possibly some video of Multipledeaths!Lightwards. 2
Kobold King he/him Posted September 19, 2015 Posted September 19, 2015 I know not what you speak of. The George R. R. Martin of Zombie Caribou Stories and Shipping would make a great narrator. Though I was imagining something about his descent into madness, with possibly some video of Multipledeaths!Lightwards. A harrowing tale of a man's descent into insanity, narrated in Twi's pug voice? Yes please. 2
TwiLyghtSansSparkles she/her Posted September 19, 2015 Author Posted September 19, 2015 A harrowing tale of a man's descent into insanity, narrated in Twi's pug voice? Yes please. "And then Thomas Cardinal became Lightwards and—now, Lightwards, what are you doing with that rifle? LIGHTWARDS! WE DO NOT SHOOT STUDENTS! Put that down! Down! Dooowwwwn….." Still sure that's a good idea? 3
Mashadar Mistborn he/him Posted September 19, 2015 Posted September 19, 2015 A harrowing tale of a man's descent into insanity, narrated in Twi's pug voice? Yes please. I'd forgotten Twi's pug voice, that would be even more wonderful/terrifying than I had imagined. Both of the Gods Beyond are speaking to me at the same time, I must have a great purpose. 3

WE DO NOT SHOOT STUDENTS! Put that down! Down! Dooowwwwn….." Still sure that's a good idea? On the contrary. I'm now even more sure it's a good idea. Both of the Gods Beyond are speaking to me at the same time, I must have a great purpose. Yeah. We felt the whole "burning bush" thing was starting to get old, so we switched to using the Question threads instead. Edited September 19, 2015 by Kobold King 1

Turns out the documentary was about human ancestors, still interesting, but Lightwards would have been better. 1

Voidus Posted September 19, 2015 Posted September 19, 2015 By the way Voidus, feel free to completely ignor this if you have already started writing or decided not to do a Neverthere post for now but do you want to test the waters a bit what impression her second introduction would leave on Lucentia? (Not that she will get her to like her. ) I actually completely missed the post where you suggested Neverthere so no I'm not That would probably be a good idea.
TwiLyghtSansSparkles she/her Posted September 19, 2015 Author Posted September 19, 2015 Maybe a time-traveling Lightwards was the ancestor of all humans. That's a frightening thought.
Kobold King he/him Posted September 19, 2015 Posted September 19, 2015 That's a frightening thought. ...You're right. Maybe it was a time-travelling Sam, and all snarky people in the world today have her somewhere in their ancestry?
TwiLyghtSansSparkles she/her Posted September 19, 2015 Author Posted September 19, 2015 ...You're right. Maybe it was a time-travelling Sam, and all snarky people in the world today have her somewhere in their ancestry? Who else traveled with her? 1
Voidus Posted September 19, 2015 Posted September 19, 2015 Or Scribbler is secretly the ancestor of all WHIOers, bestowing us with her impish humour, desire to murder evil Epics, and the ability to have supernatural writing abilities. 1
Kobold King he/him Posted September 19, 2015 Posted September 19, 2015 Who else traveled with her? No one. She married a great Geat warrior in the early Middle Ages. Not a day went by in which she did not poke fun at him, and eventually she wrote an entire alliterative poem over-exaggerating his feats in battle. She meant in ironically, but it really caught on.

I always thought Beowulf sounded a tad overblown. 1
Kobold King he/him Posted September 19, 2015 Posted September 19, 2015 I always thought Beowulf sounded a tad overblown. Grendel was based off of someone she knew. 1
TwiLyghtSansSparkles she/her Posted September 19, 2015 Author Posted September 19, 2015 Grendel was based off of someone she knew. One someone? Or a couple of someones? 1
Kobold King he/him Posted September 19, 2015 Posted September 19, 2015 One someone? Or a couple of someones? Well, one slontze's over-reliance on his whiny sister gave her the idea for an ugly, repulsive troll with an even worse mother... 1
Mashadar Mistborn he/him Posted September 19, 2015 Posted September 19, 2015 ...You're right. Maybe it was a time-travelling Sam, and all snarky people in the world today have her somewhere in their ancestry? Only one problem, we still need Upgraded!Timeport to time travel. Unless... Upgraded!Arsenal can make a TARDIS after seeing an episode of Doctor Who. 3

Upgraded!Arsenal can make a TARDIS after seeing an episode of Doctor Who. The only flaw in this plan is how much Arsenal would whine about the TARDIS. And how much more that would corrupt him. And what corrupted!Arsenal would do with a TARDIS.

Mailliw73 he/him Posted September 19, 2015 Posted September 19, 2015 Mashadar, have you read the entire RP? Normally, newer players take a while to catch on to all the jokes and such, but you seem to know it all.
