She could keep her hand in her pocket, to keep the RP at a child-friendly content rating. I think the only potential problem with this setting is that the Doctor's not the kind of person who'll take the mysteries of the Cosmere lightly. The second he lands on Roshar and figures out there's magic going on, you can bet he'll be tracking down all the secrets of Hoid, the Shards, and Adonalsium itself before long. In short, he'd be on the trail of mysteries we won't know the resolutions to for another two decades, tops. 2

I think it would be awesome if they could go to a shattered plains feast. The 10th Doctor would probably have a hard time getting in, being darkeyed and all. I am now in love with this idea. 2
