Not necessarily. Maybe the Slider likes life in the Final Empire and neglects to mention the moving statues while the Doctor's around. On the subject of skaa and nobles, I think we should build the RP around the characters, rather than vice versa. If everyone wants to play a noble, then we can just weigh the action predominantly around the noble houses. If there are a lot of skaa or half-skaa characters, it wouldn't be hard to extend the action into the slums. Speaking from experience in the Oregon RPG, this sort of thing tends to sort itself out. People tend to cooperate to get their characters into the action, so it's not something that needs a ton of rules and regulations to manage.

He'd recognize the Slider wasn't culturally homogeneous with the other characters, but might just assume she's from another culture. He's a Time Lord, but that doesn't necessarily mean he knows what he's doing. Eh, I'm sure it'll turn out fine. Worst case scenario is that we randomly throw in a riot or Weeping Angels or something. I see no harm in just making it up as we go along. That's where all the best awesomeness comes from in the Reckoners RPG.

If my time in the Reckoners RPG holds any sway, character meetings are so much more satisfying when both writers are working towards it without a definite plan and it happens as a natural consequence of the surroundings. Too many plans make the whole thing stale, in my opinion. So let's just drop the TARDIS on Scadrial and watch the fireworks. Let Florianne hear rumors of a mysterious Doctor snooping around the noble houses. Let the Doctor hear about the influence of her house and decide to bluff his way into a ball. There are plenty of ways to have a meeting happen, and I think we'll hit upon the best one if we close our eyes and write it with a free spirit. So, maybe a joint post with Kobold would be good? I'd be game for that. Shall we write in in a PM and present it when Lark gives the go-ahead?
