If the guards didn't take his lipstick when they first brought him in, maybe. Okay, let me run through all the stuff we know about Vapor Snake prior to his actual introduction: He like likes Autumn. He fights the corruption to the point where he instructed Vondra to use his weakness if he ever lost control. He loves donuts. Bavarian cream, especially.
