Scott Walker in....an unpleasant person. Much worse than that. Ignoring the fact that they lied about this (they said they wouldn't split the bill, which is what they just did) they did it illegally. Direct violation of the open meeting law, which requires 24-hour public notice be given for anything like this, and that it be open to the public. Second, according to my state Representative (Assembly, not Senate) Kelda Helen Roys, they voted on the bill before it was written, which I am fairly certain is illegal. They claimed they could pass this on it's own, without needing the 20-member quorum the Democrats have been preventing for the last 3 weeks, because removing it from the budget repair bill makes it non-fiscal. Despite the fact that the Republicans have been saying that collective bargaining IS fiscal for the last three weeks. And I'm not allowed to say what Scott Walker is on this board. I would have to ban myself for language.
