TwiLyghtSansSparkles she/her Posted April 15, 2015 Author Posted April 15, 2015 Need an editor? Why not Obliteration? Need a clown for your little sister's birthday? Why not... find... somebody else entirely. (I was actually going to try captioning an image of him to make my post more like the meme. But I'm too lazy at the moment. ) Need someone to keep the populace in line while Euphoria is missing? Why not Obliteration? (Someone has to. I'm on my phone right now. ) 2

Mailliw73 he/him Posted April 16, 2015 Posted April 16, 2015 The Hypnotist's mission will be happening after the demonstration, so if the chain of events goes like this: (1) Queens Meeting, (2) Demonstration, (3) Converter appears during demonstration, then the mission can happen after, I think. Rainmaker will wait for a while after the Queens go about their business before coming to get him, since she wants to keep it a secret. Congrats on finishing, Coma! Okay, I like that idea. I think I'll get his intro done tonight and hen we can go from there.
Kobold King he/him Posted April 16, 2015 Posted April 16, 2015 Oh, the fun I will have with this... Many would find this sentence ominous. I find it exciting. So did Frozen, yet everyone seems to know who Elsa is. Huh. That... that's actually a problem. Alternate universes, perhaps?

Alternate universes, perhaps? Could be. Or, according to Google, it was released in November of 2013, while according to our timeline, Calamity rose in 2013. Epics didn't manifest powers until a year later. So, according to our own timeline, we're still okay with people knowing about Frozen, because I doubt Disney would cancel its release because a scientifically impossible star appeared in the sky. 3

Oh good. This also leaves us open for characters to complain about how the Disney musical "Calamity" was cancelled due to the collapse of society. 1

Or perhaps because Calamity was personified in a way that did not sit well with certain parties. 1
Kobold King he/him Posted April 16, 2015 Posted April 16, 2015 Or perhaps because Calamity was personified in a way that did not sit well with certain parties. Did Disney!Calamity have an adorable animal sidekick? Because I think he needs one. (Also... did people call the red star in the sky "Calamity" before the Epics came? Before the Epics Calamity was a scientific curiosity, not a "calamity" like the name implies. Did it have an entirely different name in common use prior to the Epics' arrival?) 1

(I am so getting murdered when the Epics show up, aren't I? ) You know, I'm not sure. I don't think it's been mentioned in the books yet. Odd characterization question. If Lightwards came across a cookbook called Microwave Cooking for One (which you can Google if you doubt its existence)...would he buy/steal it? 2

(Not if you practice shooting and run regular Reckoner drills with your siblings. ) It'd certainly be a more interesting question than "Is Reckoners Cosmere." He'd definitely steal it. And then he'd try to find a way to coerce Funtimes into making him a microwave. 1

A few examples: "Was Steelheart drunk during his Rending?" "When she's not plotting and scheming, does Regalia read dirty romance novels?" "What would David take on a picnic with Megan?" 2

Huh. It turns out there's actually a bodice-ripper called Waves of Passion. Anyone wanna bet on which Epic is this novel's biggest fan? 2
Kobold King he/him Posted April 16, 2015 Posted April 16, 2015 Hypno post up. Um... where? I don't see it.
mail-mi he/him Posted April 16, 2015 Posted April 16, 2015 (edited) So I was looking through the photos on my phone, and I discovered this picture that I drew at the end of last semester in my drawing class. I tried to use every single medium I could. There's pencil, pen, water color, colored pencil, watercolor, and even some sidewalk chalk in there. Edited April 16, 2015 by mail-mi 6

Did you mean to mirror the WoK cover? Because I'm getting some serious Dalinar vibes from that picture.
