Blaze1616 he/him Posted November 23, 2015 Posted November 23, 2015 Final Fantasy 7. Apparently there aren't many gaming nerds here... 1
Blaze1616 he/him Posted November 23, 2015 Posted November 23, 2015 I got it after the Aerith hint, since I've never played FF7, and was scrolling expectantly for someone to get it. Oh well. Am I allowed to use major spoilers for something that's 7 years old? 'Cause it's a good-un... A man travels back in time to force his younger self to become something he wasn't. If not I'll post something else tomorrow.
Observer Posted November 23, 2015 Posted November 23, 2015 Is that from the Stay/Night series, not specifying which one? Because that sounds like it.
Blaze1616 he/him Posted November 24, 2015 Posted November 24, 2015 Is that from the Stay/Night series, not specifying which one? Because that sounds like it. That's actually a very good guess, but no, it was not what I was thinking of...even if it fits extremely well... Looper? Artemis Fowl, Time Paradoxon? No to both.
Blaze1616 he/him Posted November 30, 2015 Posted November 30, 2015 New Amsterdam. No. Sorry for being gone, holiday weekend and all. Hint: The man takes the mantle of villain to push his younger self to develop faster.
baby he/him Posted December 1, 2015 Posted December 1, 2015 Uh, can't remember the title but is it that one weird movie where the guy is the father, mother, and daughter?
Blaze1616 he/him Posted December 1, 2015 Posted December 1, 2015 Infamous. Excellent! I was wondering if/when I'd have to hit the Trish part. You're up! 1
ThirdGen Posted December 1, 2015 Posted December 1, 2015 A guy reads a book and people try to kill him to keep him from spoiling the ending.
Alfa he/him Posted December 1, 2015 Posted December 1, 2015 Ohm? Basically everyday live with friends who watched the Game of Throne series less than a year back? 1
Alfa he/him Posted December 1, 2015 Posted December 1, 2015 Ah, darn, I almost know it, it's something with a plot in that book, how to overthrow the world or something. He works for CIA and because the book is so dangerous the Government is interested in deleting all it's knowledge or something. Half of this is wrong, know it only from hearsy. 1
ThirdGen Posted December 1, 2015 Posted December 1, 2015 You're on the right track. In the movie, he has half as much time as he had in the original book.
Delightful Posted December 1, 2015 Posted December 1, 2015 (edited) The neverending story? Never mind. Somehow didn't see other hints. Edited December 1, 2015 by Ookla the Fierce
Eagle of the Forest Path he/him Posted December 2, 2015 Posted December 2, 2015 That gave it away. 3 (or 6) days of the condor. 1
