RippleGylf she/her Posted February 12, 2016 Posted February 12, 2016 I want to say it's the Belgariad...
Zathoth Posted February 12, 2016 Posted February 12, 2016 There are somehow amphibians involved in the plan.
Delightful Posted February 13, 2016 Posted February 13, 2016 Princess and the frog? Landis, that doesn't change the facts
Delightful Posted February 15, 2016 Posted February 15, 2016 Ok..... Some kind of nuclear catastrophe leaves super powered people taking shelter in the mountains.
Landis963 he/him Posted February 15, 2016 Posted February 15, 2016 Ok..... Some kind of nuclear catastrophe leaves super powered people taking shelter in the mountains. Fallout? No, they didn't have superpowers. Zelda: the Wind Waker? No, the catastrophe wasn't nuclear. May we have a hint towards what kind of superpowers?
Delightful Posted February 15, 2016 Posted February 15, 2016 Get persecuted for them type superpowers.
Delightful Posted February 21, 2016 Posted February 21, 2016 The story centres around some form of nuclear machinery that can detect telepathy. And another hint, it's a series started quite a while ago but the last book was recently published.
Delightful Posted February 27, 2016 Posted February 27, 2016 Ok....superpowers are believed to be a nuclear-caused genetic mutation, which the people in charge label as religiously wrong so superpowered people get doubly persecuted. An important character is a telepathic black cat with a torn ear. So if nobody gets this in a few days I think I get to say I win and choose another?
Darkness Ascendant he/him Posted February 27, 2016 Posted February 27, 2016 (edited) Morton, the Telepathic cat jks What is it really Delightful? Edited February 27, 2016 by Stormblessed Peasant

Eagle of the Forest Path he/him Posted February 29, 2016 Posted February 29, 2016 What the heck. That was pretty damnation quick! Your turn Well, that's what happens when your description is on the back cover. Florins are a type of currency Originally named for the Italian city of Florence. My question: A group of disruptive elements are detained by a representative of the establishment.
