+Slowswift Posted July 14, 2015 Posted July 14, 2015 Nope, and nope. The optimist is the only one qualified as narrator, because pessimist apparently can't tell a story right.
+Slowswift Posted July 14, 2015 Posted July 14, 2015 Nope. Also, as a minor detail in this movie, two enemies built a spaceship. In France.
+Slowswift Posted July 16, 2015 Posted July 16, 2015 (edited) Luckat got it. It was Tomorrowland. Edited July 16, 2015 by Slowswift
luckat she/her Posted July 18, 2015 Posted July 18, 2015 Circus performers try to start a war by killing a princess.
Jo and the Bush all/any Posted July 18, 2015 Posted July 18, 2015 The POTUS tries to bring Order to the largest source of Man made chaos. It doesn't go well.
Jo and the Bush all/any Posted July 22, 2015 Posted July 22, 2015 That one is probably to Obscure. So lets go with a new one. A Detective attempts to solve a murder mystery while being pursued by a sword wielding Magical Cop.
Kasimir he/him Posted July 22, 2015 Posted July 22, 2015 That one is probably to Obscure. So lets go with a new one. A Detective attempts to solve a murder mystery while being pursued by a sword wielding Magical Cop. The Dresden Files, Storm Front? 2
Jo and the Bush all/any Posted July 22, 2015 Posted July 22, 2015 The Dresden Files, Storm Front? Correct. 1
Kasimir he/him Posted July 22, 2015 Posted July 22, 2015 I'm passing my go at a bad description over to Wyrm, since I think he'd do a better job at it, and I'm too storming tired to come up with one, alas. (Probably shouldn't have answered but I liked solving these...) Your turn, King
Wyrmhero he/him Posted July 22, 2015 Posted July 22, 2015 So... I did have one of these. 'Lawmakers get shown multiple times that those who make the laws are always behind new technology'. Unfortunately, after mentioning it to Kas, I never told him the answer, and I've now forgotten it, and I can't answer my own bad description :S. If anyone guesses at that, it would be very handy so it can stop being on my mind . So, casting around for something new... 'A dragon turns out to be eligible for kingship, but gets killed after being crowned.' 3
Delightful Posted July 22, 2015 Posted July 22, 2015 The first one reminds me of Cory Doctorow's Pirate Cinema but......it's kind of vague so I'm not sure.
Wyrmhero he/him Posted July 24, 2015 Posted July 24, 2015 So... No guesses on that one? In which case, I could throw out a clue: It is a roleplaying setting.
Kasimir he/him Posted July 24, 2015 Posted July 24, 2015 So... No guesses on that one? In which case, I could throw out a clue: It is a roleplaying setting. ...It's Shadowrun, Dunkelzahn. I know because you incepted me with it >> So... I am terribly disappointed in you, Past!Wyrm. After a car crash, a detective turns to creative means to deal with his grief. And fights crime.
Paragrin she/her Posted July 25, 2015 Posted July 25, 2015 A pair of sociopathic brothers manipulate someone into committing murder.
