In seriousness: I've left her abilities vague enough that whatever isn't completely essential can be cut with no detriment (for instance, pugs are already extremely loyal, so giving her extra loyalty isn't necessary; enhanced claws could be sufficient as pigs are good at avoiding scratching people). That would leave room for the most important ones for Sam's scenario: enhanced strength and intelligence. Additionally, if the protector dogs were given traits specific to various situations and distributed accordingly--Protector Pug sent to a girl like Sam, with a more powerful husky sent to Angel--it might help. I know the protector Pug is possible in theory, just mentioning on the fact that all of us seem to have forgotten Chi's upper limit. (and one of the few things you did specify is the claws as being retracted.)

It was a fairly minor thing; I can easily change it to PP batting Sam's ankle with the pad of her paw instead of retracting her claws.)

And how many Kuduntons are there? I don't recall saying that, but I guess I just forgot about that limit... Does anyone mind if we all just forget about and ignore that limit? Chi won't make anything else near as jumbled as these recent ones, so there's no worry that I'll just go combine every animal he has. There are a dozen or so kudunton. Maybe up to 20 total. On the note of completely unnecessary research that no one really cares about, assuming their web-page is complete, the Oregon zoo in Portland doesn't have the number of animals to sustain some of Chi's creatures. (For example the zoo has only five eagles, Mailliw has already used at least three of those and no kudus or antelopes in general. They got a non specified number of gazelle though.) As Joe said, he buys animals from other people throughout the world. And I may have taken a bit of creative license with what animals the zoo began with. Reading all the Chi posts the second newest post I missed this line. (Although I still don't know if there really would be enough Epics naivé with money to buy animals from an Epic than can mind control them, so he could purchase a large enough quantity of rare animals for it to matter. While I'm at it with the bad stuff: As currentlyy written in the Chi post the Protector Pug is impossible. He's made from at least five different animals (realistically six to give him the ability to draw his claws in) and Chi didn't take time for the dozens of dogs he created, so they should be a random mess of traits. Well, he does keep his mind control pretty secret. I mean, people guess it, but he does allow others who buy his animals to have verbal control over them, so they assume his mind control isn't in effect anymore. He would trade a few rare Chimerans in exchange for more animals. Well, characteristic traits don't cause a jumble like physical parts do. And while in bursts of extreme emotion like these last two posts, Chi is able to focus more on his creations. And his drawing of the animal before he does it for real helps him a lot.
