I guess that if I wanted to cheat, I could make an epic that would have never heard of anything in oregon, but that would involve single directional time travel, and that's annoying.

Since Portland is closed, you'd be joining in either The Dalles or Astoria. In Portland, tensions rise as the Empire of Light, Thoughttown, and CorpseMaker's Dominion move closer to open war. In The Dalles, the Panda has launched an attempt at conquering the city so his army of anthropomorphic pandas can live there. In Astoria, a group of powerful Epics call the Destructors has launched an attack on the city, while other Epics have arrived with their own motivations—bids for power or just plain fun.

Note: When he refers to his place as a garden, it is more like a park on the outskirts of town. Also, Leader==Vondra. Anyone can interact with either Vis or Florist, if they want to. Mailliw, how did Desolation get integrated into the Destructors formation? I somewhat doubt that a couple of days was enough time to organize a new vehicle (and 5+1+whatever else they lost in the battle specalized Commandos) for him. Also, how attached are yout to the life of the Commandos? Kobold, I see you didn't respond to my challenge yet. It's a diamond formation: x x x x But now Desolation is in the center of it, Hawk on the left, Smasher on the right, Metalmech in back, and Jag at the front. It's actually been almost a week since they defeated the Epics in Connell. They spent two days there, a day traveling to DuPont, and then a couple days there, and a day to travel to Astoria. They managed to get a Hummer for Des, but they didn't have a lot of time to weapon isle it much, so there's only a machine gun on top. Their commandos are gathered from the jails of both cities, and they choose the best of the ones most suited to hand to hand combat, light weapons, and heavy weapons. They've completely refilled their commandos, now with a unit for Desolation too, so there's 25 of them. In the battle at Connell only about 6-8 of the original 20 Commandos survived, so no, until further notice, I'm not particularly attached to any.

In Blackwave's original Bio, I was going to have him use an Island nation as his base, since he can navigate anywhere. So if Newan isn't using Hawaii, I'd like to take it.

No, that would be completely fine. Blackwave can be a member of the Council, but he isn't normally there. He keeps the island stocked, and the rest of the Council protects everything there. Occasionally, could he try to recruit for the island, like Shadowdancer does?

Find a .png file of the picture you want to use with a transparent background. You can do this by googling the picture you want with "png transparent" (like so: "dreamcatcher png transparent"). Save the file to your computer. When you go to the pony creator, the first thing you should do is go down to "Import cutie mark" toward the bottom of the customization bar. Select the .png file you saved earlier.

To be honest, it's usually the last thing I do. Is there a particular reason why you add it first?

Sounds a bit like Timeport, but others are better at judging Epics than I am.
