Guest Posted February 19, 2015 Posted February 19, 2015 You people are starting to scare me for reals...
TwiLyghtSansSparkles she/her Posted February 19, 2015 Author Posted February 19, 2015 You people are starting to scare me for reals... Yes....yessssss.....let the shipping flow through you.... 2
Kobold King he/him Posted February 19, 2015 Posted February 19, 2015 Yes....yessssss.....let the shipping flow through you.... Lady Darthina Glitterstein is wise beyond your comprehension. Kneel before her. 1
TwiLyghtSansSparkles she/her Posted February 19, 2015 Author Posted February 19, 2015 Lady Darthina Glitterstein is wise beyond your comprehension. Kneel before her. I require no one to kneel. Simply lay your characters at my feet so I may ship them as I see fit. 1
Kobold King he/him Posted February 19, 2015 Posted February 19, 2015 I'm kind of scared of Lightwards/Red, actually. She fits the female and Epic catagory. What would she think of Lightwards? Would she revere him in the same way she reveres Nighthound?
TwiLyghtSansSparkles she/her Posted February 19, 2015 Author Posted February 19, 2015 What would she think of Lightwards? Would she revere him in the same way she reveres Nighthound? He'd be the crankiest "Lord Divinity" ever. Would she call him Lord Crankypants?
TwiLyghtSansSparkles she/her Posted February 19, 2015 Author Posted February 19, 2015 Any ship involving Red and some High Epic is scary... Probably. Probably not. Looks like Funtimes is our only hope for giving the Emperor of Light a more accurate title, then.
Mailliw73 he/him Posted February 19, 2015 Posted February 19, 2015 Edge, I should have the Destructors enter Astoria today or tomorrow, so if you want Mary to see that, we can plan that.
Voidus Posted February 19, 2015 Posted February 19, 2015 The Adventurer will probably start 'gathering supplies' soon. By which I mean entering random people's houses and looting them.
Kobold King he/him Posted February 19, 2015 Posted February 19, 2015 The Adventurer will probably start 'gathering supplies' soon. By which I mean entering random people's houses and looting them. Adventurer reminds me of this comic. A lot. 3
Guest Posted February 19, 2015 Posted February 19, 2015 Voidus, I think Adventurer is the best in Astoria yet. At least until the Leauge of Shadows enters.
TwiLyghtSansSparkles she/her Posted February 19, 2015 Author Posted February 19, 2015 If the Adventurer got into a sticky situation where he had the option of turning back, would he mutter "Continue? Y or N?" before choosing Y? 4
Kobold King he/him Posted February 19, 2015 Posted February 19, 2015 If the Adventurer got into a sticky situation where he had the option of turning back, would he mutter "Continue? Y or N?" before choosing Y? Does he refer to unexpected surprises as "plot twists" or "easter eggs"? 5
TwiLyghtSansSparkles she/her Posted February 19, 2015 Author Posted February 19, 2015 Does he refer to unexpected surprises as "plot twists" or "easter eggs"? If he walks into a room and forgets what he was there for, does he search frantically for his last save point? 1
Voidus Posted February 19, 2015 Posted February 19, 2015 If the Adventurer got into a sticky situation where he had the option of turning back, would he mutter "Continue? Y or N?" before choosing Y? He'd more likely complain at the lack of checkpoints, he has been known to mutter that to himself on resurrection though. Does he refer to unexpected surprises as "plot twists" or "easter eggs"? Definitely 2
Kobold King he/him Posted February 19, 2015 Posted February 19, 2015 He'd more likely complain at the lack of checkpoints, he has been known to mutter that to himself on resurrection though. Definitely He sounds like a fun character. I don't really know enough about video games to keep making remarks about them, though. I mostly just parrot back video game terms I've heard from my dad.
Voidus Posted February 19, 2015 Posted February 19, 2015 If he walks into a room and forgets what he was there for, does he search frantically for his last save point? He's not fond of Oregon's user interface, he can never find his quest log or character sheet. And his character has entirely too little health. He sounds like a fun character. I don't really know enough about video games to keep making remarks about them, though. I mostly just parrot back video game terms I've heard from my dad. He is definitely going to be fun, he'd love to meet Funtimes since he'd consider her a quick-travel option and Merchant with unlimited stores 3

I'm just a pretender when it comes to anything else. The stuff I'm good at and care about is oftentimes too esoteric for most people to care about. But I can take you down with R2-D2!

Would Lucentia's power level make her a boss, or would her constant complaining make her an endurance minigame? 3

I'm just a pretender when it comes to anything else. The stuff I'm good at and care about is oftentimes too esoteric for most people to care about. But I can take you down with R2-D2! I played an indie game called "Don't Starve" for a little while, and once upon a time I was in to modding a game called "Dwarf Fortress." But other than those, I'm pretty a clueless n00b.
Voidus Posted February 19, 2015 Posted February 19, 2015 I used to love Dwarf Fortress! Hearing her talk might count as a comprehension minigame, what with her "great googly mooglys" and all that. Would Lucentia's power level make her a boss, or would her constant complaining make her an endurance minigame? Adventurer would like to play that particular boss battle with the sound muted. 2

Voidus Posted February 19, 2015 Posted February 19, 2015 I bet a lot of characters wish they had that luxury. Read: ALL of the characters. 2
Kobold King he/him Posted February 19, 2015 Posted February 19, 2015 I used to love Dwarf Fortress! It was a FUN game. Complex as heck, though. My fortresses all died through famine, drought, velociraptor attack (I really shouldn't have modded dinosaurs into the game), striking the "Circus" and being overrun with "Clowns," and most depressingly common of all, vicious murder spirals in which all my dwarves grew unhappy, went berserk and killed their friends, then got more unhappy because their friends were dead, and repeated the berserk murder sprees over and over again. Like I said. A very FUN game. 1
