And it's definitely not as if I'd only forgotten Aldo/Wes--if I did forget Aldo/Wes--because there was an entirely unrelated Epic/dinosaur ship already included in the original comic. Here's my NEW Astoria epic (take 3) Name: Metaleye Primary Ability: Ferrouskenisis (metal manipulation) Secondary Ability: Can link two pieces of metal together. If he speaks through one, someone hears him through the other. Passive Ability: knowing where all metal is instictively. Passive Ability: Steelheart level Skin. And I'm going for nightmare ships: Redhound. I actually remember where a former Epic of yours is, in case you want to use her, lemme dig it up quick. Lucent: An Epic with the ability to control light. She can make light solid. She can make things brighter. She can melt into light and reaper somewhere else as long as there is natural light touching that somewhere else. Her teleportation instinctively activates when she is in danger. I'll add more later. And later some specifications that changed the name to Brightdeath. I'm back. The solid light has no uniting substance. It's basically like if you look at the sun. A little less bright. A foot cubed carry up to 200lbs at it's maximum durability. The weight is always the same, it's a weird Epic phenomena. She can move the light with her hands and can move it with her mind, but not change its form. She does not need to be in natural light to initiate the teleportation. However, if there is absolutely zero lightwaves, she cannot teleport. However, she can summon solid light to brighten the place up. Her danger sense is like Obliteration's. However, hers is a conscious choice of what to bring with her. Her new name is Brightdeath. Her solid light is strong enough to strangle someone. Strangling you is her preferred way of killing. (she summons light around your head.) Should you want to stick with Metaleye, here's the question round. Could you go into a bit more detail what the Ferrouskenisis would contain. (Does he need to touch the metal, can he reshape it, can he levitate it, a limit to how much he can control ect.) What exactly are the prerequisites to link two pieces of metal and can he only transfer his voice through it? Sure do that, it's not like anyone here wants to remember Valentine's day in a good light.

It's so obvious that it doesn't qualify as a pun, simply a Stand named the World. It's the power of the antagonist though. Hard enough to keep track of all the ships we have. Already excited. The worst part about it, it will probably take a while until I can introduce a proper nice character to balance my Slontz quota. I have the opposite situation. Actually starting a location yourself comes with a certain amount of pride. Maybe some random Epic walking into (cleaning up) Ripper.

I see that Astoria has gotten a newcomer that hasn't quite gotten over her Rending. Just one question: Brightdeath had replaced the blood in his veins with liquid light. How? That seems like something that would take a bit of effort.

Another thing which might be interesting is a trade-off; a few players might write for one another's characters for a series of posts on the Chaos thread, safely removed from canon. As a random example, I might write for Altermind while Mailliw writes for Scribbler, while you write for Lightwards. It could be fun to see how different RPers might write each other's characters differently. This idea sounds great!! I love all these comics. 1

Calamity will open not with the Reckoners assassinating an Epic, but them chasing down an Epic and forcing him to take a Snickers. Said Epic will immediately switch sides and help with the conflict, until eventually Calamity itself has been proffered one of these delicious candy bars. (That comic is awesome. :D And just because I can, let me give you a fourth grinning smiley: ) This idea sounds great!! I love all these comics. You'd be interested in taking part, then? Me too. 2
