(But be warned, I'm pretty sure I've never even seen Rotten Tomatoes's list.) 1. Citizen Kane 2. The Godfather 3. Titanic 4. Gone With the Wind 5. Star Wars Episode IV 6. James Cameron's Avatar ... I'm out of ideas. Anyone else wanna lend a hand?
Eagle of the Forest Path he/him Posted June 17, 2016 Posted June 17, 2016 The Shawshank Redemption? Saving Private Ryan?
Jondesu he/him Posted June 17, 2016 Posted June 17, 2016 (edited) All three of The Lord of the Rings films are on there, I believe. (Unless they're counted as a single film.) Citizen Kane? The Bourne Identity? The Matrix? EDIT: I was bad and looked, and only one of mine was correct (Citizen Kane). Since I looked, I won't contribute any more. jW Edited June 17, 2016 by Jondesu
Sunbird she/her Posted June 17, 2016 Posted June 17, 2016 Ok, so we've managed to get 8 out of 10... 9. Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back? 10. Jurassic Park? 11. Jaws? I feel like there should be a Steven Spielberg movie on the list.
Chandrian Posted June 18, 2016 Posted June 18, 2016 (edited) No, sadly. The 24 hours is up, so 2 more to fill it in are Inside Out and The Wizard of Oz. Sorry if that one was too hard. Edited June 18, 2016 by Chandrian
Darkness Ascendant he/him Posted June 18, 2016 Posted June 18, 2016 @Sunbird Give us a new one, seeing as you were the closest
Sunbird she/her Posted June 18, 2016 Posted June 18, 2016 Ok... WLIU name 15 books that have been adapted into movies or TV shows.
Jondesu he/him Posted June 19, 2016 Posted June 19, 2016 (edited) 1. The Lord of the Rings (I'll count those as one unless I have trouble.) 2. The Three Musketeers 3. Eragon (you didn't require a good movie) 4. Harry Potter (again, technically 7 books and 8 movies, but I feel like a challenge) 5. Peter Pan 6. The Man in the Iron Mask 7. Mary Poppins 8. Charlie and the Chocolate Factory 9. The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe 10. The Shining 11. The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo 12. Patriot Games 13. The Hunt for the Red October 14. The Count of Monte Cristo 15. The Jungle Book (a satisfying ending) Edit: I just realized I did this list a disservice by not including any TV shows. So, Sherlock and Elementary (two very different takes on the same original material), Legend of the Seeker (from Wizard's First Rule and its sequels, albeit loosely), Robin Hood, and The Sword of Shannara at least will make do for now. Oh, and The Musketeers, which I'm watching currently. WLIU: Name 10 historic dynasties, from different nations if possible. By family name, not merely a nation where they reigned. Sunbird she/her Posted June 22, 2016 Posted June 22, 2016 @Darkness Ascendant, how long do you want to give it before moving onto a new question if nobody can answer yours?

I am truly ashamed of all you people. I ask a simple question on one of the golden games of the console gaming empire....and noone answers. Surely, at least some of you have heard of Rachet and Clank? or at least Sly Cooper, Crash Bandicoot and Jak and Daxter? They were my childhood If noone can answer by 5pm tomorrow, then a new question will be asked Edited June 22, 2016 by Darkness Ascendant
Chandrian Posted June 22, 2016 Posted June 22, 2016 I've heard of, but never played any of those games. I think our childhoods had a moderate degree of separation timewise.
Young Bard he/him Posted June 22, 2016 Posted June 22, 2016 (edited) Wow... There's another video game series besides Pokemon, Angry Birds and Super Mario Bros? This is... revolutionary. (In all seriousness, though, I've never played it. Sorry. *cringes and runs away*) Edited June 22, 2016 by The Young Bard Storming Typos >:-(
Delightful Posted June 22, 2016 Posted June 22, 2016 The words 'ratchet and clank' sound super familiar to me but I didn't know it was a game. Honestly reminds me of the movie Robots.
