Spoolofwhool Posted September 26, 2016 Posted September 26, 2016 29 hours since the last question was posted. Does this mean @AliasSheep wins and posts another? I'll be honest though, I don't really understand the question.

Darkness Ascendant he/him Posted September 26, 2016 Posted September 26, 2016 Federal subjects refers to how Russia is divided, in other words, however incorrect, it's states and territories

WILU name 5 federal subjects of Russia Oh, so that's the actual term used for them? Huh, I think I got this. Moscow and St. Petersburg, IIRC, are the cities that count as federal subjects? I remember reading something about this in my dad's Russian history book. Smolensk, Leningrad and Volgograd oblasts should round out the rest. They're kind of like states, I suppose. Uh... WLIU, name 7 post-Mesolithic, but pre-Chalcolithic settlements.
Magestar he/him Posted September 27, 2016 Posted September 27, 2016 6 hours ago, PantsForSquares said: WLIU, name 7 post-Mesolithic, but pre-Chalcolithic settlements. Wat. To answer this question, I'd have to look up the terms. I guess I'm out.
PantsForSquares he/him Posted September 27, 2016 Posted September 27, 2016 The Chalcolithic is when peeps started using copper, and the Mesolithic is at around the time when people crossed the Bering land bridge into North America.
Darkness Ascendant he/him Posted September 28, 2016 Posted September 28, 2016 So Egyptian, Mesopotamian, Incan, Greek, Roman, Babylonian and.....Persian?
little wilson she/her Posted September 28, 2016 Posted September 28, 2016 Settlements means actual settlements. Like small communities of people. Not whole civilizations.
Titan Arum Posted September 28, 2016 Posted September 28, 2016 (edited) If I recall correctly, between the two is the Neolithic...only because I know that's immediately after Mesolithic. So does this mean you want tribes/cultures/etc. or just the names of their settlements? If it's the latter, I can really only think of two: Jericho and Byblos. Edited September 29, 2016 by Titan Arum
Darkness Ascendant he/him Posted September 29, 2016 Posted September 29, 2016 In that case would all those tribes in Northern Europe count?
PantsForSquares he/him Posted September 29, 2016 Posted September 29, 2016 Eh, looks like this question was a bit rough. I'll post another question. Here's the settlements I would have counted: Jericho, Byblos, Catal Huyuk, Mallaha, Abu Hureyra, Harappa, Mohenjo-daro, Erlitau (technically extends into Chalcolithic, but it's the only major Chinese settlement of the Neolithic), Eridu, Ur, Uruk. WLIU: Name 5 X-Men that have not been featured in the movies.
Magestar he/him Posted September 29, 2016 Posted September 29, 2016 (edited) Oh. This is my jam. (by X-Men, do you mean just Mutants who were featured in one of the groups at any point? And do you want their aliases, or just their real names?) Anyway. I'm assuming any mention of an X-Men character will work. Cyclone, Jubilee, Rachel Summers, Havok(?) Wallflower, I think that's five. It's been a while since I was looking up obscure X-Men. But... Nate Grey, Armor. (Armour?) Legion (Was an X-Man for a short while) Alex Summers Boom Boom Wow, that was actually harder than I thought. There's ten. Most of them should work. WLIU, name 10 Hasbro games. Edited September 29, 2016 by Magestar
Mistbornwithakitty she/her Posted September 29, 2016 Posted September 29, 2016 (edited) Edited because I was wrong. @Spoolofwhool, is that what you mean?? I live in Germany, so this should be easy. XD 1. Berlin 2. Munich 3. Saarbrucken 4. Homburg 5. Heidelberg 6. Dusseldorf 7. Cologne 8. Frankfort 9. Manheim 10. Worms Since we seem to be going in the geography direction.... Without looking up, name seven islands. Edited September 30, 2016 by Mistbornwithakitty
Mistbornwithakitty she/her Posted September 29, 2016 Posted September 29, 2016 Ok, void that last post people. So sorry. XD I, for some dumb reason thought the question was "Name ten major cities in Germany". Don't know how, don't know why. But imagine my surprise when I post and see that I was completely wrong. Like not even in the right subject range. lol I know nothing about video games, so someone else can just skip my previous post and answer Magestar's question. XD

Must have been hallucinating. lol

They don't have an in-house video game developer, but they do own the rights to games based on their properties. Anyways: 1) Connect 4 2) Monopoly 3) Battleship 4) Clue 5) Rubik's Cube (the official version, at least) 6) Magic: the Gathering 7) Dungeons & Dragons 8) Ouija 9) Risk 10) Scrabble IIRC, Hasbro owns WotC, and MtG is their most profitable product by quite a bit. Anyways: WLIU, name 9 battles of World War II.
Darkness Ascendant he/him Posted September 30, 2016 Posted September 30, 2016 Operation Barbossa (Can't help but think of Pirates of the Caribbean) Operation Overlord Battle of Britain Battle of France Battle of Stalingard (did Ispell it right?) Battle of Midway Battle of Kursk Battle of Moscow Saar Offensive
