At this point I'm inclined to say no, but mostly because she's more sycophantic in her villainy. If there were no Nighthound, I'm not sure she'd terrorize people at all. She doesn't seem to enjoy being evil for her own benefit, more to impress anyone she deems her superior. If there were no terrible Epics in the world, I'm inclined to believe she'd spend her time and energy mooning over a pop star and maybe assaulting him at a concert when he didn't pay enough attention to her. In that context, her attitude would be more pitiable than terrifying, while Nighthound's attitude is terrifying regardless of context. That's my take on it, anyway.

I seem to recall (from karaoke at a friend's party) that there was an old country song about a woman plotting revenge called "Gunpowder and Lead." "Remington, Gunpowder and Lead" has a certain ring to it. 2

I plan on it going something like this: They're walking through the city, looking for a car. They encounter some squirrels or pigs, and Planeshift fights them off. They find a couple of soldiers driving a van, and Planeshift stops the van. Memori uses some tricks and the soldiers end up giving them the van. Just as they are getting into the van and are about to drive toward the eastern edge of the city, they encounter some other character(s). Who wants their characters to have a run-in with the Fugitives?

Who wants their characters to have a run-in with the Fugitives? They could run into Reflection, Mistwraith, and BusDriver as BusDriver takes them to the alley to test Mistwraith. EDIT: In fact, that could work pretty well. BusDriver is up next in that trio (I believe) and I could post him after the Fugitives' post. Unless they literally ran into them, I don't think they would stop just because they saw some other epics. Would Reflection, Mistwraith, and BusDriver try to stop the fugitives from driving away with a van that wasn't theirs? I should have thought this out more. Now that I think about it, the Fugitives would probably only stop for somebody who could force them, or for somebody who was in serious danger.
