God metal changing?

Since sazed became harmony we did away with lerasium and atrium and instead got et metal or harmonium. If, like everyone theorizes, sazed changed from harmony to discord changing his shards intent wouldn't that also change his god metal?

Probably not, though I can't say it's impossible. The godmetals are physical manifestations of a Shard's power and, as far as we know, are what they are regardless of any changes to a Shard. As an example, Tanavastium seems to have been the same before and after Honor's splintering and becoming orphaned, which seems at least as big a change as adjusting Shardic intent. But I don't think we know much about how and why godmetals have the properties that they do, so maybe it's possible that a Shard could change those properties if the conditions were right.

However, we haven't seen any dual Shard changing yet, so there's a chance that Discordium would have been more similar to Atium than Harmonium. We don't know.

Yes, it seems possible that with a change as big as the intent of the Shard, a god metal could also change to reflect this.

If Kelsier created a metal while holding Preservation that it would have acted the same as lerasium, though over time the properties of it might shift.
