The banner text is overlapping and unprofessional, and the privacy policy has escaped markdown formatting or something  

(it's supposed to be headings but didn't format so a bunch of #'s)

So, yep, probably scam like @Cephandrious Maxtori said, especially since it basically claims to be Dragonsteel Books (copyright in footer, about page, etc.)
