Then I found ORV, 551 chapters.

Combined with the side stories and related works, the total chapters is just under 1500

However.

I found a webnovel.

Where the main series alone is 1500 chapters

with the sequel pushing it up to

2500 Chapters

And I'm gonna read it (in January)

Nah it's released in volumes. Even the webnovel isn't technically one book (If you look for it, you can see the covers of volumes every few chapters)
