"You there, I'm sorry for ignoring you, I just kinda... assumed you were going with the rest of us, but I realize I don't know that. What's your name, and what're you doing here?"

Sage looks alarmed by the sudden attention. "I ... uh - my name is Sage. I was birdwatching. Now I'm lost. Did you just ... the wall?!"

Ve points to where the pebble Emma threw had been embedded. Ve tilts vir head to the side, and vir hair ripples from brown to blue then back again. Vir arms also temporarily vanish, but quickly reappear.

Sage smiles. "I can turn completely invisible too, but it makes me hungry, so I didn't. Is everything you can do so terrifying?"

"You think I'm terrifying? Well honestly, everything I can do just stems from an ability to turn estrogen to physical power, usually in the form of endurance and strength. I just threw that pebble really hard, there wasn't much else to it. I think there might be other stuff I can do, but I'm not sure.

Riaale walked back and looked into the window of the building she had come out of only minutes before, but the inn had somehow become dark, old and dusty in the time she was gone.

The fact that we're all coming together now... Feels like we're all meant to make this journey together."

[Alright, I'm going into DM Mode, so I'm gonna more be describing what's happening then just what my character is doing. I'm just assuming that all the characters enter the cave, and I don't want to delay this by waiting for everyone to do so. Tagging everyone just so that everyone knows that it's beginning @Hawks, @CoderDrag0n8, @Honors ghost, @KnightSkye Reforged, @Ink and Embers]

"Well, if we're all ready, then we had best be off. We should be able to make it long before sundown."

 

It takes a long time to make it. Emma doesn't talk much the whole way, though she seems excited. Possibly, wacky shenanigans ensue, that may or may not be resolved with various people's abilities. You can headcanon that I guess.

 

Finally, everyone arrives. The cave is surrounded by barren rock, as opposed to the verdant landscape everyone has been traveling through. It's rather ominous, which is more or less what the rumors implied.

 

 

Everyone enters its cave, and immediately, everything feels wrong. Everyone notices their abilities feel absent, as if they refuse to go with them into this cave. And reality itself feels twisted somehow.

 

No one sees her at the moment.

 

Suddenly, something crawls out from around a corner. It's zir.

His head looks androgynous... or is it gendered? Regardless, it's the least disturbing part of their appearance. Her body appears to be that of a giant spider, each step it takes causing a heavy thud. She appears to have arms as well, long slimy tentacles that drag across the floor of the cave.

Or... That's what you think you see? Is xe a snake? Does he move in an pattern that moves the cave around it?

Or does it hang from the ceiling, with wings of eyes extending from either side of them?

Or does he?

Or does she?

Or do they? 

I stop describing it. I can't. I won't. You see their head. 

You accept what you consider.

Ze speaks.

"I see we have company. Three pawns and three nobodies. State your desires. One at a time. After you do so, stay silent until all of you are finished. I will grant judgement only then."
