Nope.

Showed up immediately post-Shattering with Dominion, Dominion asked him to leave, he left.

He went to the Scadrian System very briefly, then went somewhere else, never said where.

I want to, but am I able to with my lack of time?

Like I said in my SU, I have like 2 days this month excluding today I’ll be able to be on the shard

If me popping up rarely works I have some ideas but I can’t like do a full rp

I think an insane prophet type would be really cool to interact with the shards but only if being very irregularly there works

For a mortal that isn't someone about to change the fate of the entire cosmere (yet), it should be fine.
