Hello! 

I took it to mean put what you are actively attempting to become. So for example for the question guard dog vs alley cat, I put the slider for towards guard dog cause that is an attribute that I show, and one I am aiming toward, but I didn't put it all the way over because I do still have and think there is some value in those alley cat attributes.
