Grrrr. Can you switch Spanish classes? Or something. I will testify for you to your school if needed they can't deny you a switch if it's affecting mental health. I will write out a whole long note to them and it may contain NAUGHTY WORDS

Last time I sent an email about smt (can’t even remember what it was), she announced to the class that she had received an email, talking about how she wouldn’t do what I had asked and why, instead of JUST FLOPPING EMAILING ME BACK

Ok... so ya know when you finally get over something then you see a video and its back.

I FINALLY GOT OVER MY PARANOIA right. But that is a dangerous ledge for me cause one wrong word and its back. It took a bit after one positively terrifying experience. Which I'm gonna talk about for a second. Uh tw ghosts and getting the beep scared out of you.

Ok right I'm at a friend birthday party and we vibing outside joking about this care rhats got crap in the door handle. I look to the side and see something running on the other side of the street. I look back and it's gone. I go to my friend like dude wtf. She was like oh crap. Get inside inside now! (That was the second person who reported the same thing) and we went inside. I felt so off and cold and dark. IT TOOK MONTHS TO RECOVER. as a person who gets paralyzed at the thought of skin walkers or anything like that.. this scared me to death. 

Then today I'm chilling and see a video like I saw this owl outside my window every night staring at me so I took a photo. Then the screen gets that green flash it has at night. IT WAS A PERSON A LIVING HUMAN BEING them after that I saw a video of a man with pure white eyes chasing someone up the stairs with a knife. AS IF THATS NOT ENOUGH, a video with a kid who's like, "dad i made a knew friend." AND ITS THIS REALLY TALL ALL BLACK THING LIKE ALASTOR WHEN MIMZY IS TELLING THEM ABOUT HIS ARIVAL AND IT WAVES AT THEM LIKE NOTHING.

And I hallucinate when I get scared so. THIS IS JUST FANTASTIC. now I have that feeling your constantly getting a knife to your back and getting pushed and being watched and I'm scared for my life. Like absolutely terrified I'm laying in bed eyes darting around. 

I hate this.

May I suggest some form of combat training? That worked for me, to know that there was a likely hood I could take most things fairly well if I was attacked.

Uh I know a bit of tyekwando. I can box, kick box and use a bo staff. And a sword a little bit. Also i can use a gun. 

Uh the worry comes from... it being supernatural. Which my religion doesn't even believe in but at this point in my life I dunno what's true. And I ain't doing shee against a skin walker. Also my anxieties fight or flight is actually freeze and cry.....

Tbh of all of them skinwalkers prolly the most terrifying. Granted I know a grand total of three...

I DONT WANNA KNOW MORE. I only know windego cause alastors   demon form is a wendigo.. but he's a good.... ok good is a loose term here guy. Also he is just da best little guy aweee he's so adorable. Just love alastor so much. Could he snap and kill me yeah is he the most powerful demon in hell sure but he a little gentleman and would protect me from bad guys.
