I DID SOMETHING! so for most people this may sound like something basic to do. But I got a haircut. I hate haircuts because I really don't like the change. So that makes my hair grow out alot. So I chose to slowly but surely cut it. Big jump first though. Before and after photos because I am rlly proud of myself for doing this!

Good job!! I hate hair cuts too. I haven't intentionally had my hair cut since 2021. But it's had to be trimmed a few times. Cause it got stuck in things. Or matted. Or set on fire.  (Which I swear by all the Shards was an ACCIDENT)

Does ADHD count? Often we’re (people with ADHD, esp when students or working) told that we aren’t living up to our potential because of the whole inconsistent-work-quality thing (apparently if we’re good at one thing, we have to be good at everything else who invented this idea), and I know for me it’s detrimental to self-esteem. I also have genuinely bad mental health (I’m sorry wdym it’s like oh, I finally no longer actively want myself dead, but I still hate myself?? Where is the logic to this, why is my brain bullying me) but hey I figure I can just Shallan that and ignore and/or create alt personas (the Shallan part’s a joke, so far)
