It really is. We would walk EVERYWHERE though, some days we got 25k+ steps, and it was often freezing cold. Oh, and we ate pizza EVERY SINGLE DAY.

 

Edit: Also, @Halcyon The Only, are you willing to elaborate on your schoolwork system? Right now I procrastinate a lot and school leeches a lot of my free time

i tried saying that this thread is also for that but

And the name of this is cause im trying to make it sound more inclusive for anything brain related.

Hmmm something that went well, I found out I'll get to work on a project I wanted to work on, so I'm excited for that
Something I did, I was really focused overall at the gym last week and got some good workouts in
