In the last few chapters it was mentioned that Shallan was more easily find the beads she needs and it the most recent ones it shows that the bonded creation spren like pretending to be beads. Are these beads she finds just the creation spren taking the form of what she needs and if she realises this could she just ask them to become a specific bead whilst in shadesmar?

Yes, that's precisely what they were doing in earlier chapters.

I do wonder what the limitations of this would be. What would happen if she tried to manifest them the way she has used real beads instead of using them as a pattern? I don't think it would work but it would be interesting to see what happened instead.

Also, makes me wonder what benefits other armor spren would have in shadesmar. I don't think we have seen enough of the armor spren, particularly in shadesmar, to really speculate much though.

We've seen windspren doing some wierd things around Kaladin, like parting the storm and guiding him. I can't remember specifics, but I think it's happened.
