As we are fairly confident that the "Wind" as referred in the title of the book is not merely a physical phenomenon, the question as to the rest of the title arises. Who is "Truth"? Who is speaking to Truth? Szeth?

Szeth's a decent guess, as someone who was formerly (but also not really) Truthless.

But now that I'm thinking about it... Szeth's incoming Oath is the one right before he completes his 5th, in which he "becomes the law". We might also see something similar occuring with some of our heroes, as Dalinar takes more steps towards becoming Unity, Kaladin towards becoming Protection, and Shallan towards becoming... Truth.

Seems to me, thematically, Shallan fits "Truth" the best. Though, that depends entirely upon what is being referenced. Wind could be referring to the Great Spren Wind. It could also be referring to Kaladin, as the...for lack of a better term "personification" of Wind, or maybe the representative...the person who is closest to the entity known as Wind....

So, Truth could potentially be another Great Spren from Ado's time... Or it could be Shallan as the person getting closest to representing that? Or maybe Wind and Truth is literally just Wind(runner) and Truth(watcher) which would mean Renarin, most likely?

I think I'm just sort of throwing out random thoughts at this point....

I think it's just about Szeth. But truth is not some ancient spren or some other living entity, but rather Szeth who is on his way to regain and rediscover the truth and show it to other Shins. He was named Truthless when he was speaking truth after all.
