Who’s talking to Kaladin? / Who is the Wind discussion

Jumping in late, forgive me if this has been mentioned. But the latest chapter previews talk more about The Wind as a being in the epigraphs, and it's specifically given female pronouns. That should cut down on the list of possibilities somewhat (assuming The Wind does indeed have some other name we've seen before, unmade or otherwise).

After re-reading the new chapters, I am very convinced that the Wind is just a new entity and an old, ancient God. A spren of Adonalsium from way back in the day that is still around, vibed well with Honor/Tanavast, and was actively suppressed by rOdium. So either tOdium is not yet aware of the need to continue that suppression, or he is actively allowing the Wind to reach out to Kaladin, knowing that this connection will ultimately further his goals somehow.

I don't think the Wind is an Unmade, Aether, Shard, or any other already known entity. Brand new, but it's been there in the background all along.
