Like how is everyone going to get from where they were at the end of SL4 to where they need to be AND finish their jobs in TEN days? Is this Game of Thrones? Did we unlock fast travel? On the plus side we finally get to see the spiritual realm!?

And actually in the case of Shinovar I have a feeling Kaladin and Szeth aren’t flying, but are rather traveling via some other means. 1
Ashbringer he/him Posted August 15, 2024 Posted August 15, 2024 I was under the impression that Kaladin and Szeth would be flying via Highstorm, possibly one accelerated by Dalinar. And I don’t think space or time as we know it really exist in the Spiritual. 1
Diomedes Posted August 19, 2024 Posted August 19, 2024 Personally, I don`t like the chars being split up again. Part of why I liked WoR so much was all the chars interacting with each other on the Plains. Part of why I did not like RoW was Kaladin being isolated in the tower. Adolin in Azimir- maybe a diplomatic mission again? Jasnah at Thaylen city, idk honestly. Sigzil and Venli at the Shattered Plains - them looking for the surviving Listeners and Brandon tying back to the old books WoK and WoR. Shallan, Renarin, and Rlain. Most likely at Urithiru because Shallan needs protection against the Ghostbloods. Plus there is way more to the Recreance than we know so far, as was expected. I never bought the "cosmological disaster" explanation. Dalinar and Navani in the spiritual realm? So it isn`t Shallan`s plot to do so, as we were led to believe.
