Here's my Halloween Epics

 

Graverobber

Primary: Can control bones. He can use this for all sorts of things. He can reanimate skeletons, human or otherwise, he can create bone constructs (yes, the man makes nightmares. Stallord anyone?), He can even make bone warriors by encasing humans in suits of bone. He can also create essentially a Skeletal avatar for himself. Can grow bones out of his body and can grow bones from other bones easily.

 

Secondary: Possession. If you are stabbed with his bone, he can possess you.(Yeah, it's a hemalurgy knockoff. DA represent!) Must have at least three inches in the body to work. Victims are freed if bone is removed.

 

Description: No one knows what he really looks like, because he is always encased in bones. Has antlers coming out of the skull he uses for a head and a long spiked tail. Has multiple bone arms with clawed fingers. Is hated by undertakers everywhere. He scavenges battlefields to build his army, as well as murdering nearly anyone he comes across. 

 

 

Deathrattle

Primary: Can create Ghostly Black chains that can sprout from his body: the center of his chest, his shoulders his hands and feet, etc. He can manipulate and control these chains at will, using them as offense, defense, and a means of locomotion. Chains are incredibly hard to damage but light-based weapons are effective. If they are touching someone the chains slowly drain their energy, and are so cold that they burn.

 

Secondary: He can resurrect, but only if he is killed at night or in extreme darkness.

 

Description: A tall, broad-shouldered  figure wearing a dark grim reaper type robe with a large hood that generally keeps his face in shadow.  When his face is visible it it grey skinned with black eyes set deeply in his bald skull. At night he wanders the streets and kills without reason or purpose. Doesn't discriminate between epic and vanilla. Catchphrase:" Any last words?"

 

 

Masquerade 

Primary: Can make masks in one of two ways. He can create masks from inanimate objects which have varying effects. Some make him stronger, some faster, etc. The other way is more sinister. He kills people and turns them into masks. These masks look like the faces of the people they were made from, and when he put  one on he becomes that person, having their skills and knowledge and power if it was an Epic. If someone else wears one of his masks they fall under his control, but experience the same effects.

 

Passive: Touching him induces paralysis.

 

Description:  Tall, thin, and pale with raven hair pulled into a tail and sharp facial features. Dresses somewhat in somewhat Renaissance era clothing, but without frills. Wears a Scarlet coat with black embroidery as well black breeches and boots. He wears a matching scarlet and black masquerade mask that covers the upper half of his face, but shows off his frightening smile. In his kingdom in England  he imagined himself a Lord and lived in a castle where he threw grand balls. His subjects were required to attend and those that didn't or displeased him were forced to wear masks, sometimes made from their family members or loved ones. Considers himself very refined.

Here's Empathy's bio:

Epic Name: Empathy

Human Name: Edward Pythor

Weakness: <PM'd to the GM>

Primary Power: Linking: Empathy can link two people together so that any feelings one experiences, the other does as well. Emotions, pain, et cetera. Both people have to be near Empathy when he links them. The link isn't affected by distance. There isn't a limit to the amount of links he can make. Epics can only be attached to other Epics.

Secondary Power: Empathy can create pain in a person's knees which causes them to bow to him.

Passive Power: Ressurection. Within a mile radius, whoever is feeling the strongest emotion, Empathy will come back to life next to them. There is an hour delay.

Appearance: A wicked grin is almost always plastered on Empathy's face. He has very curly, red hair that he keeps short. He has bright green eyes and is very pale. He wears combat boots with cargo pants and a leather jacket.

Age: 22

Home City: Los Angeles

Weaponry: Daggers. He has at least four knives on him at all times. One in his left boot, another at his waist, one in his jacket, and one in his cargo pocket.

If you want all the nightmares, have him link Slaughterhouse and Koschei, Koschei and Nighthound, OR, for the super high-octane nightmare fuel, have him link Koschei to a Slaughterhouse and Slaughterhouse to Nighthound.

We could do that. Otherwise here´s my alternative Epic for the RP Mary:

 

Primary: Bloody stream. She can use her own blood as a kind of Portal allowing her one move through one patch of her blood to another. (you can think like the Portals from well Portal just connecting everything and not just two points)

Furthermore, she can she can control her blood to form construct like whips or to grab something, this cannot ignore the laws of physics.

 

Secondary: She can assimilate all blood she touches to her own. This blood acts just as her own would.

 

Passive: If she dies she resurrects by bursting out of the blood vessels of the nearest person without invulnerability.

 

A petit woman with pale hair that goes down to her shoulders. Wears a blue tie in her hair and a pale blue A-line dress.

An interesting pairing. Tate would make her op and she is his weakness weaponized. (Little detail: I would have named her Bloody Mary but we already have someone named Bloody, which is why I decided against it.)

Appearance: He wears a black cloak over his black slacks and deep purple shirt. He slicks his long black hair back and has piercing black eyes.

Weaponry: A dueling cane that also can have the end removed to reveal a sharp blade. He also carries a small handgun in his pocket.

Darkest uses his powers to learn what someone's worst moment was and then recreates it with his illusion powers. He also creates illusions of the most-cared about thing of that person or their greatest fear.
