You may obtain a ticket from the black market if it isn’t logical for your character to obtain it for a reason. You still need my approval however, I just roll a number between 1-4 and if you get whatever number I choose you get caught. If your character gets one from a peacekeeper irp you don’t have to do that. Hope that helps.

Ryn stares him in the face. "You know, those boxes werent fun." he grins. "Hello Kaa" then he hits kaa in the stomach.

TRAIN

The train has come to a stop in District Red, it will soon be leaving for District Bob. It creaks loudly. The loco pilot steps out of the front of the train with a beer as a man steps on. A shadow from his hat covers his eyes. He hands the beer to the man before the man steps off, a grin on his face. He pats the man’s back and looks to the passengers. His name tag read ‘Goose’. He stares at them intently for a moment before turning and reentering into the front of the train, deciding he doesn’t care. The sound of the train rings. They will be departing soon.

Red stands up from where he was sitting and walks up behind Ryn, then turns him around. "I'd be careful, if I were you. Don't make enemies."
