Siri will be completely flat other then being "rebellious"

Vivenna will be even more flat

I bet Rysn will appear in a Dawnshard movie/tv show whatevs, but the interludes will be gone, so it will still make no sense.

Kelsier would be now much nicer in TFE, because Hollywood would be scared to have someone line him as one of the heroes of the movie.

Then when we get to Ghostbloods stuff, either he is an hypervillain all of a sudden or he is still completely nice.

 

Alternatively, he is just straight up evil from the get-go.

Yeah absolutely! What was on my mind was more about his hatred for nobles being turned up to an 11, and him being painted as 100% evil because of that. Maybe even trying to kill all nobles through some cartoonishly evil Hemalurgic ritual, with black smoke and all. (He knows about Hemalurgy because... we said so?) Completely missing the point of how the same person can be a hero in some circumstances and a villain in others.

Ehh, I feel he might be like that, but he will get better, as I feel Hollywood just has to redeem him before he gets slapped really hard by the Lord Ruler.

Although yea he might just be a mustache twirling villain when the Ghostbloods show up.

Also the cameos in the Purelake scene are ridiculously obvious. (Not just because of actors, but Galladon will say kolo and sule, not a translation, and Demoux will just mention Elend or Allomancy.)

Timbre will either talk or be impossible for absolutely anybody to understand.

Similarly, the whole thing with the Rhythms changing with forms of power and even maybe the existence of rhythms of general will be edited out, which will provide problems when we get to RoW.

The Purelake scene will have different actors for Galladon, Demoux, and Baon. Not to surprise us or anything but the writers will actually not know that they Seventeenth Shard members are those people.

Gender swap Kaladin just because, then make her an ultimate Mary Sue whose depression is barely brought up and while she says "NOOOO" whenever Moash (also gender swapped) kills someone or makes one of her monologues, she forgets about it immediately.

OreSeur won’t be explained or enough of a character onscreen, so we wont have any attachment and TenSoon won’t be a shock. Furthermore, 43% of viewers won’t even know that there was a switch and will be confused. 
 

Elend and V(in)allette’s first interaction will be super fluid and smooth with witty banter, instead of an awkward interaction between two teenagers.

Vin will also be 18 in the first movie. Elend will be played by a 26 year old but the character will be 20.

Closing the age gap is one of the few changes I would support, but I wouldn't put it past Hollywood to somehow attempt that but somehow manage to mess it up (like you suggested)

 

They will completely make Steris unlikable, and misinterpret how her personality is supposed to be.
