I’d say either feruchemy (so disappointed it’s been diluted) or surge binding. Allomancy probably comes in third then, as it is linked to the other two Metallic Arts and there are some interesting power interactions in it, just not to the extent as the others. True, plus with the other, more modern metals a Full Feruchemist who focused on combat would be quite powerful.
