“Probably some wards, hopefully they haven’t changed them since I left but you never know. The important thing will be making sure no one notices us,” she added, eyeing Wit’s cloak, then stomping into the kitchen to grab a tea tray.

Glorpus Sedai rounded the corner to see  Pic panicking and humming quickly, right outside the servants corridors. Every structure in the vicinity was warping, flashing neon, and pointing right at Pic.

”What are you doing here?” she asked accusingly. 
 

Pic faltered for a moment, then ran into the tower, the neon following him along the walls, leaving the maid and burning man behind with the Sedai. He hummed faster, and a slight shimmering dome appeared around Pic in addition to all that was already happening.

Glorpus sighed and wove a gateway in front of Pic, who ran right through it and back to her. She grabbed him with a thread of air so that he couldn’t move. “What are you doing here?”

The colors on the walls shifted in response, and the lights disappeared, but things were still visible. Spots of colors ran down the sides of the walls, and wrote out, "Hello!"

Pic stoped humming, and then quickly hummed a harmony with Glorpus’ gateway. It flew over Pic, slipping him out of the air hold, and shot him out back down the hallway. He summoned a grand staff and proceeded to compose as fast as he could, looking for the nearest stairs up. 
 

The neon lights followed him through the hallways, drawn to his music.
