Hypothetically, how hard would it be to get these materials needed to tap into the unlimited power?

No, I think the admins are shards and the mods are granted their powers by them. ... so I should be able to spike you for your mod powers... hnn... not that I want them anyway, with great power comes great responsibility and all that, and that is a pain.
