"But either way, I aspire to get back to my homeworld, then share the information here with them. So I will be headed that way regardless."

"If it were that simple, why haven't you suggested it until now?"

"I asked multiple times where we were going. That's why I haven't mentioned it yet." Strohger said.

"I didn't want to return empty handed. Didn't have enough info, and didn't want to be killed by Ayia for suggesting something else."

"You really think it's as easy as we go into your universe and our problems are no more?"

"Well, yeah?"

"And this rift wouldn't be monitored at all?"

"Likely not. It emits the otherside in trace amounts, and without any trace defending you, being nearby schism for a few hours would kill you. But it doesn't have the biggest aura of radiation. If I had to guess, ppeople would be observing it, not guarding it."

"I still have a hard time believing that it's left unregulated."

"I am almost certain that the Kheli or the Beorin want nothing to do with a radiation emitting rift in the cosmos. And besides, they would have trouble mobilizing anything there."

“On the very strong contrary, the Mages would be very much be interested in that.”

"Very true. But mages wouldn't want to hog the rift like the beorin, and if they are there, they most certainly aren't sitting in a spaceship chilling nearby."

"Wouldn't it just be simpler to go where we're already going?"

"Simpler in what way? And why are you so opposed to the idea of going to my world?"

"You make it sound way too good to be true."

"So what do you believe will happen then? That universe doesn't have any galactic policing force."

"I believe that the rift will be monitored in some capacity, and we won't get through unnoticed. A random ship crossing over into another universe would look very suspicious and probably get us reported."

"On which side? If its on this side, then the Kheli wouldn't go in after some random ship. Yeah. It is way too dangerous and unknown for the Kheili probably. If they reportit on the other side, they don't have a definite someone to report to. And there isn't any interstellar laws there. It just is too focused on one world to make a difference."

"I'm sure someone has already gone to the other side to investigate."

Allera found it ridiculous that the three people who didn’t know who the Kkhlei were were the ones arguing about what they would be doing.

"Mmm. I seriously doubt they'll have a significant force there."
