"Great. I have about forty-five minutes left on this exposure suit, so..." Ayia stepped back into the airlock. "Let's skeddadle."

"You won't be seen?"

"Probably."

Variance raised and eyebrow and suddenly, where he had been, there was a pitch-black silhouette. "This is pretty easy to do, and should make us far harder to see against space."

"Vari, you are a treasure." Ayia saluted the others.

She snapped open the airlock, drifting out into open space. Tapping the wristband a couple times, Ayia tried talking into it.

Al, you getting this?

@Szeth_Pancakes

Ayia also went dark as soon as she was in the open. "Let me know if this is hard to manage." Variance's voice was someone still crystal clear in the emptiness of space. "We can afford to keep a few things on your person visible, probably."

“Yes. Just… thinking.”

Ayia sped over on her Line, capable of accelerating indefinitely from the lack of friction. It didn't take them long to reach the nearest Beorin cruiser.

It was big. Damn big. Ayia would've compared it to a Star Destroyer, but she hadn't seen Star Wars in a long time. It took her a few minutes of gliding alongside it to find an arbitrary-looking access hatch, which she opened somewhat unceremoniously with a mixture of a laser cutter and a couple small explosives. It led into a garbage lock, though it looked quite empty for the time being. Must've been cleaned out recently.

"We're in," she said.

"Without a trace," Variance noted dryly. "So now we're just going to snoop around for a little while until we figure out a disguise?"

A voice was heard from the communicator: "Hey can you grab us some weapons as well? Might be useful."

“Presumably. I have a few ideas.” Ayia located the switch for the secondary airlock to close herself in - the artificial gravity took hold moments later. It was a bit heavier than it had been on Allera’s ship. “Vari, you can basically invisify yourself, right?”

“I’ll think about it.”

"Well, yes. I could basically 'invisify' anything, although it's one of the more difficult things to do. It's strange, because when I was cursed, it was much easier not to take a form. After all, I'm not really here, so the Perception I'm creating is my presence. Any yet... now it doesn't feel that way. I have to put effort into going invisible, even though that's just a redundant second layer of sorts."

"We sure can't get it to you right now. Anyway, I don't think our objective here is to fight."

"Make sure to pick one up."

"Well, just keep out of sight." Ayia pried open a door, peeking over to the other side. "We're in luck - this is an older model of ship. I think I know where we are. Vari, can you see if you can find any timepieces around here?"

"As in clocks?"
