Considering that they're in space, the chances of that happening are effectively zero.

Okay, there may be some direction to it.

Ayia blinked. "Pyro? Are you... Enter a Username's brother?"

“Yeah… Wait, do you know Enter?”

Just now, Channelknight Fadran said:

"Sure I do! We were in the Fellowship of the Thing together for awhile."

"The... Okay. I guess you're asking for the ride now, assuming this recognition is a good thing?"

“…Wait, your brother’s name is ‘Enter a Username?’ And you were part of a group called ‘The Fellowship of the Thing.’”

"The full name is actually The Fellowship of the Thing: A Mishmash of Loosely-Related Entities." Ayia shrugged. "But nobody calls it that."

Variance chose not to comment, instead changing to subject. "So, my abilities can affect machines, apparently. That's good."

"That is, but presumably we'd have to know what machines they have in place in order to affect them in the first place."

"Maybe... but I'm not really affecting the machines themselves. Just the input they receive. I didn't do that with the vitals by messing with the system, just by making your heart appear to stop. So if I know what the systems are looking for, that should be enough."

“Each ship registered with the Kkhlei is required to have a chip inside it containing info about the ship and its clearances, which is — to my knowledge — the only thing they scan for. Ours is registered as a personal passenger-carrier, which means it has the lowest level of clearance. There’s no way the Kkhlei would let our ship anywhere near the portal. However, if you could trick the scanners into thinking we’re a Kkhlei-owned ship with high clearance, they might let us pass.”

"...That would probably still require knowing what high-clearance chips actually scan like, right?"

"True. That might be... a bit more complex."

Remember, out-of-context goes in quote boxes.

We can probably fit you in somewhere. Do you have a character?
