Spearguy Posted May 11, 2023 Posted May 11, 2023 I just wanted to try and figure out some of the unknown resonances for the knights radiant, but an additional bit of clarification in that a resonance is a passive effect not a ability using both powers, but feel free to try and figure out how certain surge combinations work. Windrunner (Adhesion/Gravitation): Increase in squire number and power Skybreaker (Gravitation/Division): ? (But nothing to do with detecting guilt) Dustbringer (Division/Abrasion): ? Edgedancer (Abrasion/Progression): ? (Communication? ) Truthwatcher (Progression/Illumination): ? Lightweaver (Illumination/Transformation): Mnemonic abilities Elsecaller (Transformation/Transportation): ? (maybe ability to navigate Shadesmar) Willshaper (Transportation/Cohesion): ? Stonewards (Cohesion/Tension): ? Bondsmith (Tension/Adhesion): ?

That's probably the most classic Resonance of their unique abilities, the rest seem to stem more from the Spiritual nature of their Adhesion-based Connection manipulation. (WOB) Shallan has Drawn things that are True but she had no way of knowing, at least twice. This is likely a Lightweaver resonance as well. 2
cometaryorbit Posted May 16, 2023 Posted May 16, 2023 I think repairing the inanimate objects is more like a Reverse Lashing (an active combination of two Surges) not a resonance.

I thought about this when trying to invent my own order on another thread, but Some ideas that I came up with are enhanced mathematical ability (TruthWatchers maybe) enhanced senses (maybe StoneWards to feel vibrations in the stone) and enhanced aim (DustBringers to help them control division.)
