Can you store warmth and become absolute zero? Can you store weight can become 0 grams? Can you basically have the effects of burning Cadmium by storing so muddy Mental Speed that you can’t see the movement of time? Can you die of malnutrition by storing nutrients? What’s the limit?

We don't know, but the limit is above storing all of the attribute, so you cannot reach 0 grams, 0 Kelvin etc. (https://wob.coppermind.net/events/105/#e1096) Most likely you could not die from malnutrition, because in some Invested Arts, body uses it keep itself alive (see F-Gold, A-pewter) even when user is not conscious. Practically speaking, I would expect the limit to depend on the given metal, but generally being in the ballpark of single-digit, low double digit percentages of attribute. 2
