Can a 4th Oath Radiant make MiniBlades from Subspren?

I've been wondering, when a Radiant gets their Shardblade they can shape it into whatever form they want so long as it is one single object, such as a spear, shield or even a bucket just for fun.

Does this also apply to the Lesser Spren that make up Shardplate? Would it be possible for Kaladin to make Shardknives from the Windspren that form his armor? It's already been shown that he has enough control over the Plate to form it over other people to protect them.

So far, no, Plate has shown no ability to shapeshift beyond basic fit.  We've only seen the capabilities of a Windrunner's Living Plate, which can fly out and Protect Others, but the other orders may have unique abilities of their own.  Even if some allow limited reShaping and you managed to make bladed weapons, they'd be a Godmetal but still weaker/destructible, and most likely would not gain the Spiritual Damage ability of Shardblades.

I know that a "shardgun" is supposed to be possible at some point, but this idea, as you present it, would make for a real shardbow. Make a shardarrow(s) and fire them from your sprenweapon made into a bow, and then the arrows could return to you after firing?

I actually looked into this (Topic titled Shardbow I think) and well I also have been thinking and here is how you should do it if you have the surge of gravitation. 1000x lashings on the bullet shot out of the Sprengun, it can't be a shardblade shot though for 1 reason, Investure against Investure, if you could...

You can kindof put a lashing on a sharblade. Take an arrow with no head, (or dart with no point) and have your spren turn into the head. Lash the arrow, and watch it fly. Coatings may be possible as well, for bullets.
